WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Our Hours of Operation is Mon- Thurs 11am-5pm

On Mondays, we handle all scheduled consultations with clients.

Mon- Thurs we respond to all emails from 11am-5pm.

We are closed on the Weekend and Holidays.

DO YOU OFFER COPYRIGHTING?

We do not offer copyright services.

WHAT PLATFORMS DO YOU BUILD ON?

Website design is powered through Shopify and Wix Platforms. We will work with you to determine the best platform that best suits your individual business needs and goals.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Once a design project has been booked, the client is responsible for all services fees. We don’t offer refunds. This is because we reserve a spot in our schedule for your project and turn away other potential clients during that time.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes, we offer payment plans for most of our services. We understand the importance of investing in your business, which is why we offer flexible payment options to make it easier for you to get the services you need.

HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?

Choose the design service that suits your needs best & book the service.

Within 24-48 hours we will get in contact with you to gather information about your brand/ content.

Once your content is in, we will work on your design diligently and efficiently.

On this review platform, you are able to leave your revisions/feedback directly on your designs so that we know exactly what to update for you.

Once you have approved all of the design mock-ups, we finalize all files and send them over to you via email.

HOW MANY REVISIONS COME WITH MY DESIGN?

We offer 3 designs/ 3 revision limit for logo designs, anything after 3 revisions results in an additional changing fee. Web design projects receive 2 free revision and anything after results in additional changing fee.
