TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

The following Terms of Service apply to all products and services provided by The Brand Studio.
All work is carried out by The Brand Studio under the understanding that the client has agreed to The Brand Studio Terms and Conditions.
PAYMENT
We only accept payments via www.thebrstudio.design. Services under $500 are subject to full payment before any work begins. Services over $500 are eligible for a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total to begin work. Installment plans with Sezzle and Klarna are available at checkout
If client has paid a non-refundable deposit, final payment must be submitted within 14 business days of project completion. Failure to submit final payment within 14 days results in immediate termination. All Sales are Final.
REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
The Brand Studio does not provide refunds.
If for any reason, a client decides to cancel a project, no refunds are provided. Cancelling a service is solely up to the client but we do not provide refunds. If a client has paid a partial payment or full amount, no refund will be provided.
COMMUNICATION
Our communication services are via email only.
Under certain circumstances, we will communicate via SMS.
Please allow 1-3 business days for a response to emails and messages.
When purchasing certain services, clients will receive a form to assist designer with service completion. The form is sent within 1-3 business days after purchasing. The form has to be sent back in completion within 5 business days. If client does not send in required information, order results in immediate termination.
TURNAROUND TIME
The Brand Studio works diligently to deliver projects promptly.
However, turnaround times could be extended due to unforseen circumstances, including but not limited to high order volume (during sale times mostly), personal emergencies, health problems and more.
Turnaround Time does not begin until designer has been provided with the required information.
PROOFS AND REVISIONS
The Brand Studio provides each client with design proofs. Our proof designs are not to be used. No zooming in, no blurring watermarks. Proofs are for approval purposes only.
The Brand Studio has a 3 revision limit. After your limit has been reached, an additional fee of $10-$25 could be incurred.
FINAL FILES
Final files are sent in JPEG, PNG and/or PDF.
We can provide PSD files per request.
We DO NOT provide any other file type at this moment.
